Thinkorswim xml API trades triggered by Discord

I'm looking for someone to write a fairly simple option trading script for think or swim which is xml api. The enter / exit position would be triggered from a private discord channel with [open] and [close] followed by ticker symbol, put or call, strike point. I believe discord is rest API?
Example:
[OPEN] FB [TYPE] PUTS [EXP] 12/6 [STRIKE] 197.5 [MARK] .67
[CLOSE] FB [TYPE] PUTS [EXP] 12/6 [STRIKE] 197.5 [MARK] .80
The script has to be fast. Let me know if this is possible.
