Thinkorswim xml API trades triggered into Discord channel

Hello,
I'm looking for someone to write a fairly simple option trading script for think or swim which is xml api. Whenever I trade in thinkorswim, enter / exit position would be triggered to a private discord channel I believe discord is rest API?
Example of text to discord from trade opening or closing in thinkorswim:
[OPEN] FB [TYPE] PUTS [EXP] 12/6 [STRIKE] 197.5 [MARK] .67
[CLOSE] FB [TYPE] PUTS [EXP] 12/6 [STRIKE] 197.5 [MARK] .80
The script has to be fast. Let me know if this is possible.
