Theme integration for codeigniter script.

It is a script from code canyon name is modesty marketplace. I want to change its theme.
Emerald Dragon Digital Marketplace HTML Multipurpose Template V2.0 will be integrated to Modesty - Marketplace & Classified Ads Script but the modesy i have is from old time but most thing similar. We will only work on frontend and user dashboard. We will collect account menu, user manu as on html theme. The model fit.
Also after all done, we need to debug the script, check the bugs from old time, if any we need to fix. I need working script without issue.
