WP Theme Demo Content Upload

I bought a theme and installed it and after correcting all the required values that needed correction (PHP Memory Limit, PHP Post Max Size, etc.), [see image 1], the theme also required the installation of SUHOSIN, which the host refused to do, telling me that installing such modules could negatively affect other customers on the same server due to compatibility and security issues. [shared hosting]
I tried to upload the demo content but it "goes up" to 4% and then stops, no matter how long I wait. [see image 2].
I want to ask the following:
1) Is it because suhosin is not installed that the demo cannot be "uploaded"?
2) Can someone help me import the demo?
