Text Data Upload and Database Storage

I have simple job for PHP & JS Expert.
I want to upload Text file and want to store text file data into database . you will have to split setance with ( dot ) and store into different column , while storing you will have connect document id , so later we can identify that data via search , its large documents ( txt ) file mainly.

I can pay 1000 INR for this job, i will share current source code and database , Further i will share FTP to upload task and make it run.
