Test and fix youtubeDL php script to import videos into server, and generate XMl/json troubleshoot

Looking for php expert familiar with youtube dl script to import videos, which also generates xml and json video feeds via cron. We have one feed that is not completing the process, perhaps time out or other error. Need troubleshoot and fix so the script automates the process. We have 10 other feeds where the script works fine, so there is a working version. I am looking for independent php programmer
