Terabox-Like Storage & Streaming Platform

I need a full-stack web application that lets users store large files in the cloud and stream videos instantly—essentially mirroring the experience people get on Terabox or Diskwala. The platform must cover both sides of the equation: rock-solid file storage with fast upload/download speeds and a smooth, in-browser player that supports adaptive video streaming, subtitles, and playback controls on desktop and mobile.

Key deliverables I expect from you:
• Responsive website with user registration/login, secure password reset, and basic account dashboard
• Upload and download workflow that can handle very large files (parallel chunked uploads, resume support, file integrity check)
• Integrated HTML5/HLS/DASH player for MP4 and MKV, auto-selecting quality based on bandwidth
• Real-time storage usage tracking per user and simple quota management
• Admin panel to view users, files, and usage stats, plus options for manual file or user suspension
• Clean, modern UI inspired by Terabox; dark/light theme toggle is a plus
• Deployment scripts or Docker files so I can launch on my own VPS or cloud instance

Tech stack is open, but propose tools you’re confident with—Node.js, React, Laravel, Django, Go, AWS S3, Wasabi, BunnyCDN, Nginx-RTMP, or similar are all acceptable if they achieve the performance targets.
