Telework Agreement

I am looking for a database that will track telework agreements by expire date... can it notify me 10 days prior to expiration date on the dashboard . Also I need to be able to upload the document and save it in the database. The dashboard should show me who are the individuals who are expiring and it should have button for me to select by unit (5 different units
