Telegram to wordpress comment bot

We want to have a bot which takes dialogs from specified ( can be changed by user ) telegram groups and post it as a comment on a specified ( can be changed by user ) wordpress post. Panel for this bot must be detailed. we want to choose group and paste a wp post link then make it automated until we stop the job.
