Telegram bot - Fixing problems and update

I have a bot for my marketing purposes that I did develop (a dev did it for me) according to my own needs. I will provide more specifications when asked on the specific functions. However, the bot has many bugs to be solved and a few new functions to be implemented.
In this very moment I have problems with the old dev since it has been hired and do no longer have time to assist me or do the job within reasonable times. So I need someone to start from here and finish the job.
