Telegram bot

I am looking to create a Telegram bot that will send automated messages to a specific group. No special features are required - just standard features will be fine. The bot will be able to quickly send automated messages, respond to user commands, and collect user data. This will improve the efficiency of the group and enable more effective communication. My goal is to create an effective and efficient Telegram bot that would satisfy our group’s needs.
