AI Telegram and Website Agent Development

I'm looking for a skilled AI developer to create an AI agent for my Telegram and website. The primary tasks of this AI agent include receiving requests, gathering additional information from the clients, creating and posting job adverts to other telegram channels and gathering quotes, once quotes have been received creating and submitting quotes to clients based on set rules to different telegram channels and via email.

Key Responsibilities:
- Automate message responses, data entry and gathering/refining data.
- Automate request formation, analyse and sort incoming requests, gather quotes, create quotes and submit them, assign contractors and manage completion and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with AI development for messaging platforms, particularly Telegram.
- Skills in data processing and automation.
- A good understanding of customer support AI.

This AI agent should prioritize receiving and refining requests and gathering quotes and submitting proposals back to the client and assign the subcontractor. Therefore, expertise in natural language processing and machine learning would be a significant advantage.
