I wanna create script in extracting or scraping the subscriber data from a large Telegram channel and groups. The ultimate goal is to invite these subscribers to my own channel.

- The type of data required is mainly (phone number - user)

Note: I'm not an admin in groups or channels, I'm just a subscriber who doesn't have access to view group subscribers, So How can someone successfully take a channel from a channel and add it to their own My Channel and scrape data (users + phone numbers)
