Telegram Payment Bot for VIP Access

I'm looking for a developer to create a Telegram bot that manages payments for VIP group access. The bot should include the following functionalities:
- Payment Selection: Users should be able to select their payment method (Stripe or USDT) through inline buttons within the bot.
- Payment Verification: Implement automatic payment verification through APIs. If payment is not completed within a specified time, access will not be granted.
- VIP Link Provision: After successful payment verification, the bot should automatically provide the user with a link to the VIP group.
