Telegram Membership Bot Development

I'm looking to create a Telegram bot that will be responsible for managing the sales of Forex signals. Here are the key features I would like to include in the system:
- **Membership Control**: The bot should be able to manage both monthly and lifetime subscriptions. This would require the ability to handle both one-time and monthly payment options.
- **Payment Integration**: The system should be integrated with Stripe for handling the payments for subscriptions.
- **Signal Delivery**: The bot should be able to handle the delivery of Forex signals to subscribers. This includes the ability to manage membership access based on successful payments.
Ideal freelancers for this project should have:
- **Experience in Telegram Bot Development**: Experience in developing bots for Telegram with similar functionality is highly preferred.
- **Strong Payment Gateway Integration Skills**: Experience in integrating payment gateways, especially Stripe, into systems is a must.
