Telegram Media & Message Bot

I need a Telegram bot that can handle various types of incoming messages, particularly text and media files. For text messages, I'd like the bot to auto-reply to specific keywords and also have the ability to forward messages to another user or channel. For media files, the bot should be able to send notifications when new media is received.
