Telegram E-Learning Bot Creation

I'm looking for a knowledgeable professional who can develop a Telegram bot similar in functionality to @TF33EBUen_bot. The main focus of this bot will be to support a self-paced inline online e-learning course. Here are the details for the project:

- Course Functionality: The bot should be capable of loading messages and images for each lesson. At the end of each lesson, it should present a short quiz for users to assess their understanding. I'd like the users to be able to retake the course as many times as they wish with a menu command to reset the course.

- Course Content: I'll provide the detailed content for the course once the bot is finalized. The content will be text, images, and mp3. I (admin) need to upload this content and edit it later.
