Telegram Integration for existing Twilio Flow

I am looking to integrate Telegram into my existing Twilio Flow. Specifically, I need the help creating a Telegram Bot and inputting data into it. The integration should enable integrating conversations with my users on my bot. I need help both building and configuring the bot, as well as creating an efficient way to get my data into the bot. A successful integration should result in bots that can seamlessly communicate with my users in real time, creating an even more interactive user experience.
