Telegram Gallery bot with admin UI

*when admin do /start he see this inline buttons menu:

[test1 gallery button]
[test sub category button]
[add gallery button]
[add sub categories button]


*Inside test1 gallery button:

?
[Add photos]
[Remove shown photo]
[Delete test gallery button]
[Last Photo][Next photo]
[Back to Menu]

*Inside test sub category button:

[test2 gallery button]
[test3 gallery button]
[Delete test sub category button]
[Back to Menu]

*Inside test2/test3 gallery button it’s same menu as test1 gallery button but different photos if added by admin,

*Normal Users menu is same but without those buttons:
[add gallery button]
[add sub categories button]
[Add photos]
[Remove shown photo]
[Delete test gallery button]
[Delete test sub category button]
^^^all those buttons are only with admin permissions

*when normal user do /start he see this inline button menu :
[test1 gallery button]
[test sub category button]

*Inside test1 for normal user is :
?
[Last Photo][Next photo]
[Back to Menu]

*inside test sub category buttons for normal users:

[test2 gallery button]
[test3 gallery button]

*For normal users test2/test3 gallery button it’s same as test1 gallery button for normal users but shows different photos if added by admin.
