###when admin do /start he see this inline buttons menu:

[sample1 sub category button]
[add gallery button]
[add sub categories button]

###Inside test1 gallery button:(for admin)

###Inside test sub category button:

[sample2 gallery button]
[sample3 gallery button]
[Delete this sub category button]
[Back to Menu]

###Inside sample2/sample3 gallery button it’s same menu as sample1 gallery button but different photos as admin added,

###Normal Users menu is same but without those buttons:
[add gallery button]
[add sub categories button]
[Add photos]
[Remove shown photo]
[Delete gallery button]
[Delete sub category button]
^^^all those buttons are only with admin permissions

###when normal user do /start he see this inline button menu :

###Inside test1 for normal user is :

###inside sample1 sub category buttons for normal users:

*For normal users sample2/sample3 gallery looks same as sample1 gallery but shows different photos if added by admin.
