Telegram Channel & Subscription Management

Project Overview
I am creating a Telegram membership channel using a subscription-based model. Member management will be handled via LaunchPass.com.
Requirements
1. Content Access Rules
When a new member subscribes, they should not be able to see past posts in the channel.
They can only view new posts starting from the day they subscribe.
2. Content Delivery System
Daily posts for the Telegram channel will be stored in a CSV file or database.
This file should be hosted on Dropbox (preferred) or Google Drive.
I am familiar with Make.com, so the daily post updates/automation can be managed through this platform.
3. Content Scheduling & Sequencing
Each subscriber will receive posts in a fixed sequence.
They will get one post per day, starting from Post #1 on their first day and continuing sequentially.
New posts can be added to the CSV file at any time without disrupting the existing sequence for current subscribers.
Additional Details
The channel is for learning basic Arabic.
Each daily post contains:
1. 2-3 Arabic words
2. An audio file (for pronunciation)
3. An external link (for additional learning resources)
The content should continue in order until the subscriber cancels their subscription.
