Telegram Bot with X API Integration

I need a Telegram bot that integrates with the X API, preferably coded in PHP. The bot should allow users to connect their X account via Telegram for posting. Key features include:
1. User Authorization: The bot should be able to post on the user's behalf after they connect their X account.
2. Post Interaction: Users can paste a URL of an X post into the bot. The bot reads the tweet (including images) and displays it inside TG.
3. Reply Posting: Users can type a reply in TG which the bot will then post using the user's X account.
The bot needs to utilize the following X API functionality: 1) reading tweets by URL, 2) authorizing the bot to post on the user's behalf, 3) posting on the user's behalf.
