Telegram Bot that notify me when developer of a newly created pumpfun token snipe/buy the whole supply

I'm seeking a Telegram bot developer to create a bot that notifies me about upcoming token launches on pumpfun. The bot should specifically monitor and provide notifications when a developer buys or "snipes" the entire supply of a newly created coin.

They normally buy 85 solana equivalent to around 80% of supply

Key Requirements:
- The bot should send notifications directly to my Telegram app.
- Notifications should be sent to a dedicated channel.
- The bot will provide information including
- token name
- token contract address
- launch time
- developer address
- if possible , how the developer address as been founded ( if its doable i would like to receive notification
only if the developer address as been founded from kucoin
