Telegram Bot that calls needed

Ok so I want a bot where basically I can customize the scripts it reads to the receiver of the call and asks them to input a set amount of digits into their keypad, and once they have done that they are either met with a new message telling them to key something else in on the keypad or just give them a thank you message. Whatever they type should also be sent LIVE to the telegram bot so I can see in real time what they are typing as they are typing it, I want to be able to know when they have picked up the call, when it is ringing, when they have closed the call or simply declined etc.... I want to be able to customize the scripts it reads. For example there should be a place where it asks what to read at the opening of the call, what to read after they have typed in and whether or not they should type anything in after that message and so on.... I also mainly want it to be able to call UK numbers, but if possible USA and Canada as well. Also if it can read in different languages on top of that it would be a bonus calling different countries. But yeah let me know what you think. Thanks
