Telegram Bot for Picture Subscription Service

I'm in need of a skilled developer to create a Telegram bot that will facilitate a subscription-based picture and video distribution service.
Key features of the bot:
- Responds with a friendly message and sends a free picture upon receiving a message from the user. If the user replies again, another free picture is sent; if the user replies a third time, yet another free picture is sent.
- Prompts the user to sign up for a monthly subscription through Stripe.
- After payment confirmation, the bot sends 2 pictures and a video every day until the last day of the subscription. If a new payment is confirmed, the bot continues to send content to the client.
- Utilizes a database and has access to a folder for pictures and a folder for videos. The bot must ensure that it does not send the same picture or video to the same user.
The bot will be deployed on a platform of your choice, but should be capable of handling a large volume of user interactions. For storage, we will be using Firebase to house our pictures and videos.
You will also need to program specific messages for different user interactions. These messages will need to be tailored and distinct, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
