Telegram Bot for Message Forwarding & Scraping

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Telegram Bot for me. The bot should automatically forward messages from other channels to my own, as well as scrape posts from discussion forums and send them to my Telegram.

Key Requirements:
- The bot must be capable of forwarding both text and multimedia messages (specifically images and videos) from other channels.
- The bot should scrape discussion forums and relay relevant posts to my Telegram.
