Telegram Bot for Image/Video Automation

We require a Telegram bot that automates the posting process to our channel. The bot should be able to process images sent to it by adding a watermark, incorporate dynamic text into a predefined message template, and then post it directly to our Telegram channel as an original post (not as a forwarded message).
