Telegram Bot for Group Chat Management

I am looking for a telegram bot / automation expert to help with deploying a bot to automate our two channels.
Channel 1 - Is a crypto project we are working on. Need to automate BUYS or purchase postings, along with moderating messages, etc.
Channel 2 - Is a Cellular Telecom company I run. We want to have a place to chat for support or engage with our customers, along with giving people the ability to look through a catalog of products and purchasing products and service subscriptions.
