Telegram Bot for Data Collection and Image Sharing

I'm looking to create a fully automated Telegram bot. Its main functions will include:

- Sending images
- Collecting data
- Having full administrative access to another channel

The bot will need to be added as an admin to another channel, where it should be able to manage everything. This project requires:

- Proficiency in Telegram bot development
- Experience with data collection automation
- Understanding of Telegram's API and bot permissions
- Prior experience creating bots with full administrative control
