Telegram Bot for Amazon Link Conversion

I'm looking for a Telegram bot that can convert Amazon links into affiliate links and post them directly onto a WordPress site. The bot should automatically apply my affiliate tag to all links which i will set at time of starting the bot, fetch essential product details from Amazon using the API and include them in the post.
