Telegram Bot Setup for Automated Responses

We need a solution to receive incoming paid inquiries via Telegram. & also would love to have 1 bot or similar to receive new investment project ideas from the community.
We are thinking to have a Telegram bot (2 actually, thus we can easily see if inquiry is coming from german or english community, since we have 2 communities on telegram)
This telegram bot will receive messages, and I & other TG accounts could have access to this and could get notified
