Custom Telegram Bot Developer

We are looking for an experienced Telegram bot developer to build a custom bot that allows users to to the following.

1. Sign up / create a profile (Details like name, contact details, experience, etc.).

2. Apply for jobs (jobs will be listed in the Telegram channel, users can select and apply. The application will also be emailed to a specific email address).

3. Experience integrating AI (e.g., filter jobs based on certain requirements, chatbot-style guidance).

4. Track application status (users can check the status of their submitted applications - Open or Closed).

5. Admin dashboard / panel for HR to post jobs, update statuses, and manage applicants.

Core Requirements:
• Strong experience with Telegram Bot API (Python preferred, but Node.js is fine).
• Ability to design a smooth user flow with menus, inline buttons, and forms.
• Database integration (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Firebase) to store user profiles & job applications.
• Admin-side features for posting jobs and updating statuses.
• Good understanding of security & data privacy (user data must be handled safely).

Nice to Have:
• Deployment knowledge (AWS, or other cloud hosting).

Deliverables:
• Fully functional Telegram bot with the above features.
• Documentation for setup & maintenance.
• Simple admin dashboard/web interface.
