Technician: understand Appsflyer and server to server -- 2

I am looking for a technician who has an intermediate level of understanding of Appsflyer and server-to-server integration. I do not have any existing setup or information to use as a reference.
Specifically, I need assistance with troubleshooting integration issues.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong understanding of Appsflyer and server-to-server integration
- Experience in troubleshooting integration issues
- Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
We need to complete the integration of web page events. The current difficulty is that our web page functions are completed through a third party, and the other party has no way to help us add Appsflyer's SDK. So we have no way to integrate events. However, the other party has added a GTM SDK to the webpage, and event tracking can be triggered through GTM. Asked about Appsflyer and suggested that we try Server-to-server events API (S2S). Currently we need people who know how to implement this technology.
Our webpage is purchased from a third party, and the third party unwilling to authorize us to log in to the code area of the webpage. In this case, can the S2S method still be used?
(It is also for this reason that I suggest trying to use GTM as a key to receive web page data. In the way they provide us, it tells us that the GTM SDK has been successfully implanted in webpage code)
