I am looking for online small business software or tool with alerting function that has a dashboard that shows the tasks and steps accomplished of the order and the overall progress. It also should generate Quotations, Invoices, Sell\Purchase orders, Payment tracking from customers and suppliers, and task alerts such as receiving invoices or shipped packages. Simple accounting for profit loss and other general tasks. More is better. It should be convenient for the team to use (i.e., from mobile or computer) when they are in the office or outside.
