About the client -
He's a taxi driver from Athens serving Israeli tourists that land in Athens airport and give them transportation services from airport to hotel, hotel to airport, local trips etc...
The project - today currently, the taxi driver gets invitations through whatsapp which make it harder on him. Now he wants a fill out form landing page, that his clients can open the landing page link and fill in their details and what kind of service they need and taxi driver will get each invitation to his email, and will have the option to approve or disapprove the invitation by a click of a button which will be sent as a reply email to the client. And also on a daily basis he will get a summary email with a daily report line by line with all invitations.
Form fields should be -
First Name, Last Name, email, phone number, Landing Date, landing time, Flight Number, How many people, how many bags, pick up from where, drop off where.
* Attention!!! Once the client fills in the form, the system can know exactly how to give them the price and type of vehicle (According to a table list the client will send to us).
