Tax Management Web Based Software ( Very Small Project )

This is a very small project, can be a simple backend with 1 login and password

The fields needed are the following
year ( Text Box )
Name of client or Company ( Text Box )
Type: Individual or Company ( Dropbox choosing Individual or Company )
Date Received ( Date Field )
Date Submitted ( Date Field )
Copy given to client ( Date Field )

Search Feature with 2 options showing Individuals or Company

Print Feature showing Print List all Individuals / All Companies
Also option to Print only 1 Individual or 1 Company

Need to be able to Update the records aswell

I will prefer a popup window to add the records and for Update aswell

A Dashboard can be added aswell to show # of Individuals, # of Companies, # of Income tax Submitred, # of Profit Tax Submitted,

This can be done in PHP, Laravel, SQL, Python, Node Js

I have attached an example interface, this can have a left menu with the options to add new , Search, update etcc
