Tax Calculation Change for WooPress

I'm in urgent need of a WooCommerce expert to adjust tax calculation in the cart and checkout page. Currently, the tax is calculated based on the cart value after all discounts are applied. However, I require the tax to be calculated on the basis of the cart value before any discounts are taken into account.
