Task in MySQL and PHP

I need help creating an SQL query in a MySQL function to find out if a store is open or closed. Example a store works from 5:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. That is, it opens at 5:00 p.m. and closes at 2:00 a.m. m (change the day). Now if I run the example of the opening hours of that store it shows that it is closed, the problem is because of the change of day.

In the function "restaurant_verify_open_noenable" is the query for the schedule. Here you need to run the solution.
