Tally voucher correction rights.

we need a tally developer with database programing skills to develop us a TDL or facilitate our requirements in tally. We need to provide our employees, who does not have rights to modify a voucher, with corrective tools so that they can make necessary changes on approval basis from the manager. The approval voucher highlights the corrections and goes to the manager in such a way that the manager can approve it or decline on the go (without being on system) with mobile app or sms or any other facility with proper comments reasoning their action. On approval, the voucher should be applied with correction on the server.
