Takeover: Simple Laravel app (Customer Login, Fetching and displaying Api-Data)

Please read first! This project has already been posted before and was awarded to a freelancer. However, 6 days in, the freelancer is not even half way and is obviously not working in this as his main project. Please do not bid if you are not willing: 1) To work at least 8 hours continuously. If you need more than a day, then at least 8 hours per day. 2) To give regular updates, at least twice per day of where you stand and what challenges you see. 3) You are an expert in Laravel and also a good frontend programmer. 4) You should implement based on best practices. This will be reviewed by a third party. All 3 requirements must be met in order to bid on this project. You should also commit to be available in the future for additional enhancements. The project is at about 50%. You should be able to make yourself familiar with what there is always and then determine how to take over. Description: 1. Login Provide Login Screen with following Data: Booking Nr Email Adress ###This part is mostly done. 2.- Make api Call to api.sengerio.com and: 1) Compare if booking nr and email address matches. - If not -> Error message - If yes -> Show trip information -> So compare weather EMAIL Adress provided in formulae and Provided Booking Number match in the booking. Booking number: "number": Email: "contact_person": { "name": "email": 2) Show page with trip information for each section from API Data: Show Pickup and Dropoff Data for each section of the trip. A trip may have more than one pickup and drop off location. Show Map with route for each section of the trip (a trip may have more then one section) From X Minutes before scheduled Pickup until X Minutes after scheduled drop-off trip show driver data for section From X Minutes before scheduled Pickup until X Minutes after scheduled drop-off show LIVE Position of Vehicle on MAP assigned to the section of the trip (live position is fetched from another api) Project should be completed as Laravel app. Html Template for design purpose will be provided as example, must be implemented with Laravel Api calls should be used thrifty. So until X Minutes before trip, with user refreshing, only 1 Api Call per X minutes should be done. (Configurable). Time of last update of data should be shown to user. System should be multilingual. All variables (api keys, refresh threshold etc) should be changeable through .env file.
