With VikRestaurant guests can reserve tables and order food.

A freelancer created for us a Extension to print immadeately and directly the reservations and the food orders to the POS kitchen printer.

How it works:
Guests who are away from this restaurant https://test.waage-flamatt.ch can reserve a table and order food for pick up and delivery. The webshop is made with VikRestaurant (link above) on Joomla 3.10.6 website.
At the restaurant PrinterGate is installed on the Cashier System and checks every 10 Sec. the database from the website. Once a new order comes in, Printergate print the order to the POS Printer and the staff can confirm or deny the order.
We want some updates for this software as:
1.!!!! Very urgent! With VikRestaurant 1.8.4 PrinterGate Software worked fine. Now with VikRestaurant 1.8.5 no Take-Away Print output
2. better view for table reservations and Take-Away
3. Export to XML File
4. Printergate and VikBooking
5. Changing Printer sometimes Printergate hang up
10. some unexpected little things
