Tablet-Based POS Web Application

I have created a single page document outlining a small application that I want built. It will look good on a tablet because that is what I will use tot enter in customers. A customer walks in to our store and we give them our tablet where they will fill in all their information, sign it with their finger and we would submit it into the database. There will be an admin center where I can view and manage records dependent on roles. There will also be other employee roles that will and wont have access to certain data.
