TYPO3: Fix WYSIWYG Plugin and Publishing error in working Typo3 (4.5.40) CMS site

Hi,
the goals are:
1) Fixing the WYSIWYG Plugin so it can work on Chrome, now it works ONLY in an old InternetExplorer 10/11. (see picture 0)
2) Fixing the SQL error when trying to publish a news on the LEFT column.(see pictures 1-5).
To make it easier for You I have found this fix on Google but I really don't want to try it myself:

It's your responsability to make sure the WORKING site doesn't crash or goes with missing parts.
