TPV Redsys payment integration

We need a script to communicate and process payments with the Redsys TPV.
My idea is a simple form where the client can enter order number and value and then submit to the TPV - and it should be possible that we create a link for the client and when he goes to the form clicking on it then these fields are already filled-in.
