We're looking for an experienced backend developer to create a connector between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and Zoho CRM. This integration aims to automate and streamline the flow of information between systems, allowing us to provide real-time updates to our contacts about available loads and delivery statuses.
Key Project Requirements:
1. Real-Time Load Updates:
- When a new load is added to the TMS, it should automatically push this information to Zoho CRM.
- Contacts in Zoho CRM should receive updates on newly available loads.
2. Delivered Load Status Updates:
- Upon load delivery by carriers, the TMS should update Zoho CRM.
- Zoho CRM should reflect the delivered status on the relevant Contact and Account records.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in developing connectors or integrations with Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience with TMS platforms.
- Ability to handle data mapping and transformations as required for CRM data fields.
