We are looking for someone who can build a good and flexible employee attendance system, which is easy to use for employees especially on mobile devices. We want to use the system to keep track of holiday and leaves and time off for the employees, so we can calculate their salary correctly.
We have a high budget – up to 1000 dollar, but we also expect premium quality, which does not fail and which has been thoroughly tested by the supplier, before they ask us to perform tests.
We expect you to have a handle of the graphical, so the system is presentable and user-friendly.
We envision the system is made in a framework like laravel, lumen or symfony and that it is development happens in the latest version – so it is php, then it must be developed in php8.

Q. Can I change the price, after I have made the bid, because I have not read the specifications properly?
A: No, you can not
Q: Can I ask for a release of part of or the entire fund before the project has been completed, tested by us and you and delivered and tested on your (NordicCall’s) own server?
A: No, you can not
Q: Can I move the deadline further into the future than the already agreed deadline?
A: No, unless you have an exceptionally good reason, otherwise we’ll cancel the project, and then you must accept that the funds are send back to us.

Q: Must the project be identical to the images you have provided?
A: No, it is purely inspirational, so you can use it to get a sense of how you can set up the project graphically – Please notice that we expect a much nicer graphical layout.
Q: Must the system have all the functions, which are described on the images and in the PDF file?
A: Yes, they must, they should all be described in the PDF file, but should there be a minor function, which is not mentioned, but is present in the images, then the images are also part of the description, and we require to get these functions as a minimum.
Q: Is it necessary to be able to change EVERYTHING via the system, can you not just change some things via the database?
A: No, EVERYTHING must be handled from the system, nothing must ever be changed directly in the database.
Q: Parts of the description can not be done; it is do difficult to do within the price I have bidden, or I did not notice it before I made the bid – can we remove this or these functions?
A: No, we have asked you to check this material VERY thoroughly before making the bid and starting the project, we expect that if something can not be done, or if it requires too much, then we will receive this information before we start up the project, otherwise the project must be cancelled and the full fund be released to us – We do not release the fund to you, until we have accepted and tested the project on our own server.
