Sync the servers with stock from oneprovider.com to site B

I want to sync the servers with stock from site oneprovider.com to site B ( WHMCS - my site, API supported ) "Stock Control" .
Steps:
- go to https://oneprovider.com/dedicated-servers/paris-france and get the server info, if the server has a "Configure" button - go to WHMCS site and update the "Stock Control" value to 10, if the server has it word "SOLD OUT" - update value "Stock Control" to 0.
- get value from oneprovider.com every hour.
