Sync table from google sheet

Im using wp and I need to sync the tables from my google sheet every 5 minutes.
Not only rows but the whole table. The table has fixed row and column but the numbers in the table with change every 5 minutes. I need to sync this to my wp. Please show me demo if you have. Thanks
