Sync Shopify product inventory with Postman API

I want help with creating a shopify integration that syncs stock inventory from API from a supplier to the uploaded products on shopify.

* The product's stock balance must be synced against the corresponding SKU in the api
* When new products are added to shopify, the stock balance must be synced to the api
* The synchronization should happen automatically in the background, (I don't want to have to open an app or web page to manually start the synchronization)
* Automatic synchronization for stock balance on all products should be at least 2 times a day
* I have access to hosting with cpanel if needed.
