Sync Hotel Check-in Systems

I need a solution to synchronize two different web-based hotel check-in systems with a database. One system has API access (PMS), while the other does not.

Key Tasks:
- Scrape booking details from the non-API system
- Upload the scraped data to a database
- Create a web-based app to view the synchronized data
- Develop a Chrome extension to display data synchronization status
